I installed Windows XP last night upgrading from Windows

Nothing happens when I click on Help & Support for my XP installation.  I've
gone to the Add Windows components to see if I didn't install the help files
but I'm not seeing anything helpful.

First 28kb, now 32kb, showed up in Disk Cleanup starting about a month
ago. They're checked but never delete. I don't think they're doing any
