I have Windows Suite 2004 installed on Windows XP Home.
The spreadsheets will not accept the COUNTIF formulas. I
was told Excel 2003 will accept them, BUT, may not
install corrctly alongside Windows Suite 2004, or may

I just thought it would be 1 or 2 files in there.  Wow!!!
I don't know what to do with all those files or even which one to look for.
I got there with the free download that Will Denny suggested and also went
in by copying and pasting into IE .

My problem is on XP Pro, Sp2.
Every time I go via IE Tools - Internet Options - Connections to check on
the settings for my dial-up account, I find that is has changed my ISP
password field to some 16 character entry. So, whatever I put in there, if I
