Every time i try to use messenger voice messenger crashes. Regular messenger
working. Uninstalled messenger and now have v6.2 . Same malfunction. I'm

Question 1:  I have had a spyware pop-up and it was a XP 'impersonator'.  It had two X's to x it out and I clicked the wrong one and it automatically installed a few wallpapers on my computer.  Can anyone tell me how to delete these wallpapers?  I have already removed the spyware ...

My 84 year young mother-in-law has a new system running XP home. Being
retired she loves e-mail and searching the net, etc.  :-)
Not keeping her AV up to date, she picked up the Sasser worm. It was so bad
the company picked up the system and reformatted/reloaded everything.
