Every time i try to use messenger voice messenger crashes. Regular messenger working. Uninstalled messenger and now have v6.2 . Same malfunction. I'm told there is feature "messenger connection troubleshooter" but i don't see that anywhere. Any ideas plz? Thank you Loren

My 84 year young mother-in-law has a new system running XP home. Being retired she loves e-mail and searching the net, etc. :-) Not keeping her AV up to date, she picked up the Sasser worm. It was so bad the company picked up the system and reformatted/reloaded everything.
