I downloaded Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition two days
ago. Since then I lost all "My Favorites" and all "My
Documents".  Does anyone know why and how I can find them
again.

Has anyone gotten Nero's Multi-Mount program to work with Nero 5.5.10.58
and Windows XP Home (or any NT based Windows)?  If you did, did you have
to do anything special?  
I have un-installed Nero, run the General Clean Tool and reinstalled

I recently installed Windows XP and it renamed my partitions (I assume because of the space constraints).  Because of this, I cannot access my Office XP applications.  Is there a fix to this?

I recently bought a laptop from a colleague with win xp
installed. I mangaged to personalise all the settings and
change the user account from his name into mine. However,

I used the DBXtract and it appears to only retrieve e-
mails that are current on my system.

As to the subject of this e-mail.  We have Eileens computer working with XP on it.  We are having trouble getting her e-mail working.  It keeps asking us to install Microsoft Office-small business version.  Without that disk she has no address book and can't answer any e-mail.

Can not change the default "Hide when inactive".Click arrow net to "Hide
when inactive" and NOTHING! Got to be in the reg but can't find it.

When I try to activate the IE icon, a ms-dos window
flashes on/off very quickly, and that's it. Computer
