I cannot find Windows Picture and fax viewer this my backup computer I'm just using this one while my other one is in the shop for repairs.  Now when I go into my pictures folder I cannot find Window Picture and fax view can anyone help me with this.  Thank you very much.

hi!! I have this problem with the dial up right click properties because when i do it wont open and i have no way to open it to disable ICF in order to see videos on the internet. Can someone help me please.

I just got a computer from a friend and I can't find the instructions
