after downloading and trying to open and print, I get an error message that I
need to enter a password for the zip file. I have only had zp home edition
for a week and never entered a password for this. Can't change it either
without knowing the original. can anyone help?

I have a problem with a search toolbar that popped up on
my comp awhile ago. I cant seem to get rid of it, and I
dont know how to access the startup items, like you could

Tried to use Disk Defragmenter but it disappeared from the System Tools
folder of Accessories. I just installed Service Pack 2.  Could this be the
reason?

I have Windows Auto Update set and have not received SP2 yet.  Are they just
doing so many at a time?  I have the time set for 10:00PM and I didn't
receive it last night, nor, tonight.  I have it set as recommended.

I am using Windows XP Home with SP1.  I use WORD PAD to type letters, etc.
I see that in NOTE PAD there is a way to add page numbers when you print.
Is there a similar function in WORD PAD?  If there is, I can't find it.

Can anyone tell me how to customize a mouse pointer so I can make any image
or object into a mouse pointer? My wife loves her H2, and I'd like to take a
small image of it and make it into a pointer on her screen. I've searched the
net and come up with nothing but a few H2 themes. ...

Found something called "Belarc Adviser" amongst my programmes in "add /
Remove".
Any ideas as to what it is?
