Every time I attempt to setup a task in task manager it asks me for a password. Catch-22 to bypass the logon screen without having to select who logs on you have to exist without a password [or that's how I understand control passwords2 option to work]

some time ago I remember something about a program/site that would tell you what the programs were in the startup file. I want to say "black widow" but search for it fails. This site explained the various programs and their purposes.
