I have been through ALL the steps in Symantec/Norton
SystemWorks website and still cannot get the program to
run effectively.
Is there some other thing and/or site I need to checkout?

*** Question - how do I configure msn messenger to ONLY load when I
start up my ISP's software to log on to the Internet, & not when I
start my computer?   I use Windows XP.  (or for that matter - how do i
stop any program from loading upon start-up of my computer?)

I'm trying to install xp.  I have 98 2nd edition.  
Someone had mentioned I needed to "reformat."  I don't
know what this means.  When I try to install xp, it stops
and says it does not recommend installing two operating

icons had gone missing, now most of the icons have gone.
the only icons not to have gone are the main ie icon and

I have Roxio CD Creator 5 on my Dell laptop.  I am not sure why bu
Roxio stopped recognizing my burner.  I can still play music cds an
read data cds.  It started happening after I had swapped out my DVD RO

I recently upgraded from Windows 98 to XP.....I can't find my old email that I had from Outlook.......any idea where it would be hiding?  I have found several tips on how to retreive your Outlook Express files but nothing so far on Outlook.  Any ideas?

I try to get into user accounts and I can't. It lets me double click but does
nothing. there are no passwords or anything I just can't open it up. Can

In IE / Internet Options / Advanced Tab , I have the "Empty Temporary
Internet Files folder when browser is closed" checked  (enabled) , but it
doesn't.      This option used to work , but now it doesn't and I don't when
or why it quit working.         I would appreciate any advice ...
