Is it possible to 'mix & match" different makes/models of hard drives (with different specifications) on the same system. My current hard drive is a Seagate ST310211A which is briefly deescribed as:

can't get scheduled task to run Mcafee virus scan at scheduled time. went to trouble shooting,tried every thing,nothing worked,anyone out there having same problem? could use some help! tried uninstalling mcafee and reinstalling,I don't seem to have a problem running other tasks.

Under Windows 98, if I used the "Send To" facility on the right-click context menu, I had an option of Send To Any Folder. (I believe this may have been one of the PowerToys). Is there a way of installing this option in XP?

I upgraded from Win98 to Win XP Home. With Win98, when I shut down my PC, the PC automatically turned off. However, after the upgrade to XP, when I shut down, I get the, 'It is is now safe to turn off your computer' screen and I have to manually turn off the PC.
