I have recently found I can't open Adobe PDF files from Outlook.  The
problem occurs irrespective of whether I click on the icon on the start-up
screen or on the Adobe attachment to icon at the bottom of an e-mail.

Just purchased new computer with Windows XP --- will not shut down, it gets stuck and have to manually turn off.  Have tried some of the troubleshooting suggestions from "help and support" menu with no luck --- any suggestions?

After clicking on a link to try to view pictures on a website, it did not
