On June 6th I spoke with Karoon and he helped me get the One-Plan.  I
installed the MSN8 disk and Steve walked me thru the setup.  I have one
phone line.  The problem started when Steve neglected to tell me about

I have just installed SP2 on WinXP Pro.  I have Norton Antivirus and Norton
Firewall both up and running and all updated.  How do you keep the Security
Center from bugging the heck of you about PC being a risk??

I am running Quicken to keep finnancial records and on my W98 I simply used
to click on backup, click A: drive and it was done
This new XP machine does not have a floppy drive only a re-writer and the
above process just produces a "cannot write to disk" error

My laptop regularly shuts itself down, restarts and then shows a messag
saying there was a serios error, something to do with FAT32 - it the
goes on to check the files for consistency and finds no problems - i

I needed to create a password for my scheduled tasks to
work.  Now I need to log on every time I turn on the

I had Windows ME, and I got windows XP.  I choose to do
an upgrade when I put the XP into the computer.  After
the installation completed the computer restarted and it

Ok, i just got windows xp, and i CANNOT figure out how to get all the folders
that i had in 98 into the start menu, such as the folders for my games like
Diablo 2, And Deer Hunter. Can some one please help?
