If I move a subdirectory to a different parent directory  it seems to forget
its 'view' settings, i.e. 'thumbnails' , 'details', etc, . How can I
preserve its view settings?

Is there anyway around the limitation of one remote connection to a windows
XP prof machine?  When I try to login into this machine with my pda, I have
to have all other users logged off the xp prof host machine.   Thank you.

I upgraded to XP from ME and if I try to add or remove
windows componets it says it cannot install cuz it cannot
find the master information file - what is this - if I
put the windows XP cd back in I get the same problem????

When i try to run restore in xp it will not run. 1st it
tells me to restart, i do and it still won't run. when i

understand (among many things!) is the way the logon works. On one of my
machines the system requires that I click on the user name before the bootup
continues. On the other machine the system just boots up ...
