I just upgraded to windows xp, home edition from win ME.

I loaded XP Home version, run updates and loaded service
pak 1. I wanted to load Microsoft Word and Microsoft
Publisher CD's I get a error thats say's no Shell.DLL
file. Had no problem in the past. I tried running from

considerable problems with my CPU pegging at 100% usage. I want to boot
to safe mode, but can't seem to figure out how to do it. When I boot up

I'm recovering from a system crash.  E-mails were saved
to a CD-RW.  How do I put them back so I can once again

I have CD-RW disks that I previously used as small RW drives on my 98
computer. They were formated by INCD as UDF data and Win 98 treated them as
a data drive.
