I have set up a broadband connection to my laptop yet
when I add a new user, the connection doesn't work. I
switch to the original user and the connection works fine

I have purchased windows xp for my desk top, but I threw away the box with
the product key.
Windows xp home edition upgrade ver 2002 service pack 1  
Where do I find the product key in my PC, or can you give it to me?
