whenever i click on explorer to access the internet, the screen starts to flicker and a message at the bottom of the screen reads:  badurl.grandstreetinteractive.com
and i cannot sigh on.

I have a small question regarding the installation of my
new Windows XP Operating System.

added an extra user.  At the same time they set the log
in to bypass the welcome screen and directly login to the
