Need help on several issues. I can only launch Internet Explorer about half the time. My computer comes up with 'virtual memory too low...' What do I do about that? I am only utilizing 1/2 my hard drive and my computer indicates that I have unused RAM.

I installed WinXp a few hours ago, and when I try to activate it, it tells me something was wrong with my Serial Number. Then, I decided to try again minutes ago and I can't access the "Activate Windows" thing, because it says there is an error.

I seem to have two sets of shred folders and my documents folders for all users, one under C and another set under documents and settings! Is this correct?

Hi, I have loaded XP2 & when I try to log into e-bay - it says I have disabled cookies. I have lowered my security to the very lowest, enabled both First and 3rd party cookies and am at my wits end...any ideas?? Anyone else struggling? Thanks. W

I've noticed that when I go to open or save a file in most any Windows app the dialog box tends not to have the files in any obvious order. It also defaults to the list view. Is there a way to make these dialog boxes stick with the details view??

Hi - an old WIN98SE trick I use is to do a weekly xcopy32 of the \windows folder to \winstor on the same partition. Then, if I can't boot (windows somehow corrupted), I boot to safe mode DOS, rename the \windows folder to \winbad, and rename \winstor to \windows, and reboot,
