After downloading SP2 for XP I have lost the ability to choose whether to
save a file attachment or open it when in outlook express.  When I click on
the attachment there is no prompt giving me the choice to open or save, it
just opens the file automatically.  How can I fix this? ...

my hp pav keeps crashing. i use it to write music. the

Recently installed SP2, not sure if this problem started before of after,

Anytime that I try to save a picture off of the internet, the only file
options I get are *.art or *.bmp.  I want to save as *.jpg, but it won't let
me.  Can anyone tell me how to fix this?  thank you so much if you can help

When  copying  backup file to cd, all goes well until end, when error message
says "cd writing wizard" can't complete task because "cd is unusable".  Using
new cd-rw with 4x speed.  Any suggestions?  Is it unreasonable to ask why
this has to be so f*x<!!!spfft#%* difficult?!
