I have auto updates and it just downloaded SP2. A box
came up and said to backup system before installing this
update. Can anyone tell me how to do this in detail. My

I'm trying to back up some files and fail to get it to
work.  I'm useing the Wizard to assist me and when I get
to the final step it tells me "Please ensure that you

I have a USB 56K dail-up connection and I use this a lot for sending of Fax
but not to receive.
I want to go onto Broadband and realise you cant Fax on Broadband.
After setting up the Broadband is there a way I can still use the USB 56k
