On my W95 system in \Program Files\WordView\ there is a program named
Wordview, for reading Word "doc" files.  I cannot find it on my XP Home
system.
I have Office on the W95 system, but I thought Wordview came with the OS.

home ed. I went through the normal hard drive fitting procedures, bu

i am attempting to activate windows xp on a new gateway computer.
the instructions ask me to go to start/all programs click accessories
go to systems tools and then click activate windows.
There is no "activate windows"!!!

Is this a file I need for my system to work properly? It was quarantined

Recently installed the "Microsoft Partner Pack" , found nothing of real use
to me and deleted it ( each segment had to be removed individually) .
I now have a new user on my computer named "ASP.Net Machine A" , now
requiring me to make a selection of user at logon.

I have a laptop with a high speed wireless connection.  XP says I have an
excellent signal and am logged on.  When I start IE6, OE6 (for newsgroups),
or Outlook2000 that all tell me they can't connect.  Any ideas?

After installing XP SP2, my operating system blew up. Had to reinstall and
lost all programs and data, but have a backup of my "Documents and Settings"

Will the original serials work, do I need to contact microsoft for new ones?
If so how do I get in touch, I have just spent 92 minutes on the phone

Since installing SP2, I can't access a shared printer from the other
PC's.
File sharing works fine, and all PC's can connect to the internet via
the Linksys router.  A Canon i560 printer is connected to one of the
