I have a freind who is new to XP...she tries to save a picture file from
various websites but is told that iit is an art file and can't be saved.  Any
suggestions on this?

I have a two year old Dell running Win XP PRO.
The computer is running very very slow, CPU is always at 100%, and the
computer creates 2000MBs of virtual memory.

Why do the images and text appear faded / blurred in the web?
After unstalling SP2 because it slowed speed, had difficulty image
downloads, and difficulty entering pages of grafic arts message boards, now i
cant view the images in the web clearly.

When I restart, the XP startup screen appears but my account does not show
up.  I need to hit CTL ALT DEL twice, then I get a popup with my account and
I can login.  Once in, if I go to the control panel and open user accounts, I
