How do you "turn off" the search remembering feature?  When you start typing
a search name, it will show previous searches made - I don't want this to
happen.  Thanks for any help you can provide.

I just inherited a computer from a relative who has passed away. It has Xp
Home Sp2 installed. How do I change the owner/administrator name so that it
does not appear as a MY Doc Folder etc?  I would like to remove the old name
totally from the system.

Upgraded from WIN ME hell to WIN XP Pro.  Was hoping to change the 'owner'
name from 'Brit Jones' (fake but nice ring) to 'Baby Face' (not really, but
you get the idea).
I really want my real name off of the system and hence all the damn cookies

This is my question, when I switch on my computer through the process of
booting up every now and again I get a blank screen with a dialog box saying
"Invalid handle" not specified, above this is "Isass.exe". I click OK and it
reboots no problem, it does not do it all the time ...

The mouse keeps freezing on an eMachine. Have cleaned mouse, doesn't help. If
it hangs re-booting doesn't help. Advise.

I've got a Fujitsu 3400 Tablet pc without a cd-romdrive, and i wish to
install windows XP over the network... Can this be done via the cd-romplayer
in my desktop computer? How do i do this?
There is nothing on my tablet pc whatsoever... i only have a floppy-drive

I cant boot up my xp pc , not even to safe mode..... I tried to reinstall but
my recovery disk ask me to install a floppy disk and an explanation for the
restore.. i have an old xp program and the company that i bought it from no
longer in making pc's or has changed company name ...

offline files with synchronisation so I presume that I need to upgrade to XP
Professional.  I also presume that I need to buy two copies i.e. one per PC?

user account with domain
user a with domain a (installed some programs)
administrator  with domain a
