An running Windows XP Home, and every time i start up, the system 32 folder
automatically loads.
Have looked in start up files and everywhere I can think of to look, to see
why? and connot work out why it is automatically coming up.

Hi, Please I need some help. I have 20 PC's but not on LAN it is stand alone
PC's  so insted of installing XP pro PC by PC I need to use setupmgr which
is in the support tools in XP pro CD but my question is I have to format and
partion every hard drive first before installing XP ...

This Xp  on a dell has a d drive and I don't see what it is for ? as it
appears to have nothing in it and when I look into it I am asked if I want
to format it. What function does this drive perform? Can I use it?

I have turned my XP firewall off and all I keep getting is alerts about my
firewall being turned off.  How can I stop that?

Is there a way that you can select the classic web view in Windows XP like
there has been in previous versions. I am more interested in finding a way to
have the folder description view in Explorer. Any ideas?

This is the second time I recieved "shell notification fail" message on
bootup. Nothing seems amiss but I'm a little concerned about what may happen

Hi, I installed XP beside windows 98 the problem is when I was working with
98 and shutdown windows my pc was shutoff correct but after I installed XP
now when I logon with windows 98 and try to shutdown it give me IT IS NOW
SAFE TO TURN OFF YOUR COMPUTER then I have to power off ...

I can't use my scanner since I change my computer.
What can I do?

Hi there, I am running a pc with Windows XP Home, Intel Celeron 320 D CPU,
512 Mb DDR. But the pc doesn't seem to be able to cope with running any
programs. It will run them but the CPU is always at 100% in the task manager.
I've sorted it out a  little bit as it was only running ...

I want to delete the game programs in Windows XP, e.g. sol.exe, winmine.exe,
etc. But after I've deleted them, they are generated again! How can they be
deleted finally? Many thanks in advance!

Ever since I tried installing SP2 I have had numerous problems.  Boot.ini
