How do you move items in XP to the toolbar?

I have just got a new computer with XP Home and the numeric keys on the
number keypad do not work (numeric switched on or off makes no difference it
just squeaks at me). The numbers along the top of the keyboard are OK.
Can anyone help me fix this?

I hope you can help me.  I have a p2 400mhz 128mb ram 20 gb hdd running
win98.  I formatted the hard drive, and installed winxp home, and it says
that the hd is only 2gb, not 20.  There is no partition, and I don't know how
this got changed or how to fix.

i've run Spybot on my computer several times and it cannot delete certain

I am trying to restore my  System and have followed the instruction.All
running programs are shut down. The computor seems like it's doing
everything right except when it reboots I get this message that
'Your computor cannot be restored" Any help would be appreciated

I've installed sp2.  At least I think I have because I went through
windows update and did the express install.  But apart from windows
hotfix sp2 stuff in add/remove I see no other evidence of it.  There is

Since MS Works Suite 99 came with my old Dell computer, I want to install it
on my new computer. I don't know that 20 digit Prodouct ID nor can I find the
Certificate of Authenticity that came with the older computer. Any
suggestioons?
