Can someone help me.  When I send emails from outlook express it tells the
receiver that I have sent an attachment.  How do I change this on my system.

I'm still fiddling with new User accounts and all that.  I intend to create
one admin and the rest will be limited accounts.   But what I want to do is
download programs like ....   trillian or Shareaza on the admin account and
then have those programs, once installed also apply ...

I can no longer take a picture from "my pictures" and sent it to my desktop
when I click on "set as destop background". It won't work. In the display
properties window on Desktop, the monitor photo is blank (white). What can I
do so that ie works again?
