The problem comes when a new user logs into the machine a finish installation

Hi since I installed dfx.  My windows media player will go mute for 2-3

My system will not restore to any previous restore point.
I have Restore points back into October and it says that the system cannot
be restored to that date.  It does not restore to any date.
It will also not restor in Safe Mode.
