Using winXP home control panel add or remove programs shows Windows XP Hotfix (SP2) Q819696
installed but control panel, system, general shows System, Microsoft Windows XP, Home Edition,
Version 2002, Service Pack 1.  And windows update doesn't show SP2 after scanning for needed

My kids (and OK, me, too) have pretty much filled up the C: partition, and I
want to move, and then point, all our 'stuff' over to the D: partition.  I
know how to do the move and point part (TweakUI).  My problem is that several
of the user accounts listed under C: \Documents ...

I've seen a lot of posts around my issue, but nothing right on.
When I click on the desktop and create a new Shortcut for icon access to a
particular path, the window opens in single-pane view with neither the
search or the Folder buttons pressed.  Clicking on Folder instantly ...

When I attempt to open msconfig via Start, run, then type in msconfig, and
press enter, msconfig opens for 2 to 3 seconeds then closes its self
automatickly.
No matter what I do to try to keep it open, it closes.

I have XP Home and I have been using Microsoft PhotoDraw 2000 for some very
limited graphics applications.  Lately I have gotten the message "Unable to
start application" when I attempt to use Photodraw.  I tried to go back in

I have 3 users set up on my PC. I have copied the contents from all of the
'My Documents' folders into my other hard drive(F:\) on my computer but i
cannot delete the originals that are in C:\.
By that i mean i have deleted the original contents in these folders but

i use for business etc is not working. What happens is that it ask me to
comfirm the picture to gain access. I do that then it proceeds to log in but
