I am looking in XP under C:/Documents and Settings/My Account/Local Settings/Temp and Temporary Internet files. Between the two there are 198 MB of data. Most of which are from May of 2004. Is is safe to delete all these files?

Is there a semi official "tweek u" for xp and if so where may it be found? I found many hits on goggle but I don't know which on to trust. Also is there a way to modify the right click context menu "sent to" item? Thank you for any assistance.
