I am looking in XP under C:/Documents and Settings/My Account/Local
Settings/Temp and Temporary Internet files.
Between the two there are 198 MB of data.  Most of which are from May of 2004.
Is is safe to delete all these files?

Home Network Setup
I’m having problems setting up my home network.  It was working fine until I
replaced one computer (named Grumpy) that was running on Windows Me with a
new computer using Windows XP Home 2nd edition, and replaced Windows Me on

I have a question about copying files...
On my new laptop, I notice that when I am copying large files between
folders on my hard drive, it really slows (from estimated 5 mins to 40
for example) down when I am doing other things with my computer, such

I am using windows xp home. every time I launch windows media player it loads
but then does not respond and I have to close it.
Two days ago it was working fine.
Does anybody know how to solve this problem?

Is there a semi official "tweek u" for xp and if so where may it be found? I found many hits on
goggle but I don't know which on to trust.  Also is there a way to modify the right click context

Unable to create the file "New Shortcut".
There are no more files.
I did not know that there is a limitation the number of shortcuts I can
