When I access my control panel the resultant window is in the classic mode,
but the option panel on the left is missing, how can I restore it? I have
attemted a S\R but this failed to remedy the situation.

I am trying to install a program & I get that I can't install "While running

I have 2 external hard drives. I am attempting to copy a large (4.19 GB)
file from one to the other. Tje destination drive has 32 GB of free space
but each time I attempt to do the copy,Windows tells me there is not enough
space available on the target drive.
