My administrator account can access my hotmail account. None of the limited
user accounts can access the hotmail account. We have a family hotmail
account and a family computer and I would like to have evryone except myself
use a limited account but I can't get any of the limited ...

I have problem for installing xp. After the format for the hard disk, and
restart again, it shows boot from the cd rom and press enter, how ever, it go
back to the page, that ask for format the harddisk again.
What is the problem? can anyone help a new user?

My computer does not go into standby mode. When attempting to do so, I always
get the message - the device driver for the" Easy Internet Keyboard" device
is preventing the machine from entering standby. Update this driver.
Could anyone direct me as to how to do this? Thanks!!

Running Windows XP, Internet Explorer 6 I am having problems with start-up.
There is a delay of three minutes before complete boot up. I have checked
for viruses-system clear. I would appreciate any advice on how to correct

I didn't know much about Windows Xp home except it was more dependable than
WinME.  I know know that the Pro version has powerpoint and more.  Is there
a way to upgrade my home version to the Pro version as in a upgrade?

I have a stand alone PC and set up my software in the administrator account.
And then for security on the net I set up a limited account for everyday use
(shopping, online finances, etc), as well as a non-passworded guest account
for house visitors.

I have tried to copy files onto a CD using windows XP - each time I try the
machine hangs - I just end up using my old Roxio software instead - any
