I am trying to play a DVD on my pc, but when I press play all I get is a
window open up saying "please insert disc into Drive D:
I have taken the DVD out and replaced it with an Microsoft Encarta DVD and
that gets recognised, but none of my movie DVD's are recognised.

Problems associated with upgrading to SP2 have been discussed here in full.
One of those problems is that it was not able to retain the screen
resolution which changed to "chunky".
I have recently installed Windows XP from a CD which includes SP2 and it

Using the quick swap with all accounts showing I notice that administrator
does not show whereas when i use the login/ password screen thete is no
problem.  How do you log in to administrator on the quick swap screen?

I have 3 accounts setup on my PC all with administrator rights.When i had to
boot in SAFEMODE, only 2 accounts showed. One was the administrator and the
other was my daughters. I tried to log on as the administrator but it would
not accept my password.
