I just upgraded my MBO to "SOYO_P4VTP"everything works fine,

I been struck on this for a while, I got 5 PCs connected. We all share files
via SHARED FOLDERS.  I want access to the shared folders from only 3 PCs and
not the other 2 PCs (as this is data the other 2 PCs shouldn't have).

Everytime I use the program "BPM studio"and try to use the function within
the program of "right click on the green play button"(this stops the record
playing slowly, like you cut the power from a traditional record player') the
computer freezes or I get the blue screen with ...

I'd like to know if I can use XP's sound recorder program - or a
suggestion of what to use.
I'd like take something like a high quality wav file, say 60 KB, and
re-scan it or whatever it is called, and have it be a mono low quality wav

Whenever i tried to clean-install/upgrade from 98 se to  Xp home i get as
far as second startup screen (the one where the loading icon is blue not
gray) after xp has installed all instalation files (when it reboots after
