How do you find out what your pop3 , imap in & out servers are?

Can anyone please tell me how to print a list of files in a folder. I
have a folder om my computer full of mp3 files and would like to print
out a list of all of the files. Can anyone tell me how to do this??

I have a new computer with Windows XP pre-loaded by the manufacturer. All was
fine for a few days but then at every start up a disc consistency check is
run on disc C. this runs OK and does not report any faults.
The disc is not dirty - I have checked using chkntfs.

On the logon screen with the various user accounts it is shown whether you
have new mail in your mailbox or not. When you move your mouse over the
message it will show the address of the mailbox.
How can I shut this option down? I do not want other users of this pc to see

My motherboard is a ECS P4VMM2 v8.1c and I have a 256 memory PC2700. I want

Will putting laptop on standby repeatedly cause any damamge to the
laptop? I'm running my laptop the whole day but am moving to and from
my desk...i thought putting it on standby when i'm not around would be
a great way of saving energy and preventing wear and tear

1.  I think the computer automatically makes a restore point every once in a
while so if the thing crashes, one can go back to a previous restore point

i need to send regular voice messages to a blind friend by e-mail. how do i
