Can not seem to replace or overwrite a file on CD-RW. I keep a back up copy of files and folders on a CD-RW. When I try to replace 1 file or folder all I get is "the disk is read only or I need permission from the adminstrator".

For Windows XP Home Edition On my home PC users whose access rights are set as Limited can not use the local USB printer. When their access rights are changed to Admin they can use the printer.
