I am Trying to publish a web site to a static IP address,When I go to
Computer Management there is no folder for groups and users. I need to do
this so I can add a user and a password. I am Using windows xp Home. How do I
add this

I just re-installed Windows XP Home, it has listed both my DVD drive and my
DVD burner as a SCSI drive, which they are not. How can I fix this?

Disk Cleanup on my Windows Xp Home Edition computer says that there are 0 KB
temporary files to delete even though there are 745 files in my "Local
Settings\temp" folder and 245 in my "Windows\temp" folder.  I used to think
