Just managed to setup a home network of 2 PCs (after finding that it won't
work with Zone Alarm).
However, to join the network and become part of the home workgroup, I had to
specifically "disconnect" or similar from the office domain.

My system keeps timing out. I tried resetting the options settings but after
30 min. I have to log in and retype my password. It's very annoying.  I am
the only person with acess to this computer and like it logged in all day

Had to reinstall XP.  Anywhere I point the mouse, I get a 2-3 line balloon
description of what the mouse is pointing at.  How do I turn this feature
off?  Been there, done that once.  My memory is very good, but short.

I have my full name on some of the folders which I did not put there.  How do
I remove my name from these folders.  When I try and change the name it tells
me I cannot because it is a windows setting folder it all falls under

My computer's OS is MS WIN XP Professional and it is alway connected to the
network system.  Sometime, when I turn on the computer, it needs more to
start it.  A few times, the computer showed the screen that it was being
