Can any one help me get this fix this.... On my home computer C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents is not accessible. I get Access is denied. I am the only one who uses the computer. Oh also I have a administrative account. How can I fix this?

I've been using Zone Alarm as my firewall, but it slows down my machine something awful so I'm thinking of dumping it. Does the Windows Firewall work as well; if so, how best to make the change?

Using XP Pro. There are some History files in Local Settings/History/Day/My Computer that won't delete. Most of them will delete (select it then hit delete key or Right Click>Delete) but some won't. In W2000 any or all can be individually deleted.
