I had to reformat my hard drive and my links were showing up on the upper
taskbar and I clicked them and saw what I wanted.

Often, but not always, when I watch video made with Quicktime, the screen is
half green and really pixilated.  I got the suggestion to download an
"upgrade for video cards," but I don't know where to find an upgrade that
would help with this problem.

Having set up- our computer with two user names, if one user accesses e-mail,
the other user cannot later sign on and see the Received e-mail. How can I
