I have an annoying feature on the mouse - when I pause over an item to read

i am the administrator, but i want to be able to let other users share some
programs, such as aol without having to use my username to access it.

I lost all info on my last computer including email addresses.  
When I try to send an email to 20 of my friends to inform them of my new

I used to have Win98 on this computer with two hard drives.  The master (C:)
