I just hooked a dell optiplex up to a 21" monitor and it has installed as a kind of virtual desktop display. I think that's what it's called when the image is effectively bigger than the physical screen size and you have to pan around the edges of the display

I added a new user form Adminstrator login then i made administrator login as disable and new user as enable. I logoff from the administrator user and then i Login by New user. Now again when i need to login by administrator user the PC does not shows
