I just hooked a dell optiplex up to a 21" monitor and it has installed as a
kind of virtual desktop display.
I think that's what it's called when the image is effectively bigger than
the physical screen size and you have to pan around the edges of the display

I added a new user form Adminstrator login then i made administrator login as
disable and new user as enable.
I logoff from the administrator user and then i Login by New user.

When I bought my computer, the installed OS was Windows 98.
Later, I bought and installed the XP  SP2  upgrade.
This has served me well for a long time, but every time I decide to
"clean" my machine, I first have to install W98 and then run the

I've recently downloaded Internet Explorer.  When I go to a web site, or read
my mail, I am unable to close those sites out.  I have to use
"control,alt,delete" to end the program.  What am I doing wrong or not doing

Not quit sure how to describe this problem.
I re-installed WinXP over an existing WinXP installation.
The original primary user folder in Explorer was set as Owner. While
upgrading the machine I choose a use name of Art so now I have folders that
