is working properly".. but when trying to open, says "it is not accessible..
the parameter is incorrect"  ..how to fix??  ...

I cannot see the menu, I try to click on Tools >> Folder Options >> View and
check Show Hidden Files/Folders on system to recover some hidden files.
However this option it´s not in the menu. What can I do?.
