Whenever "Automatic Updates" clicks on, it starts to download, and install
(for my Windows XP Pro)
XP "Service Pack 2"  (XP SP-2)
After a minute or so it downloads fine.

My computer freezes when I try to sign into hotmail or pogo.  Otherwise it
works fine.  Am now having to use Mozilla Firefox to get to my hotmail.  
Don't know how I can get back to using Internet Explorer.  Please help!!

A lot of times when I'm playing my games, even the online games (such as
Pogo, etc.) the colour of my desktop changes colour - goes pinkish, then back
to normal, pinkish, etc.
Is there anyway of fixing this problem? Thanks for any help.

On my Win XP Pro desktop, when I go to download an application or file from
a website, I click on Save, it saves it to the desktop. How can I get the option
back to save it to the folder of my choice?

I just downloaded and installed Softswift enhanced windows backup.  I don't
understand how to back up my drive.  I have a 250 gig main drive and a 1TB
drive as a back up.  I just don't know how to do it.  Any help

I'm a new XP user, and I'd like Windows to automatically logon to an
administrator id in the background, the automatic equivalent of manually
logging on the id, and then issuing a Switch Userid.
I prefer to use a User userid to prevent nasty things from happening to my

I need to format my HD where I installed Office 2007. When reinstalling
Office 2007, surely MS will detect and inform that such S/N is already in
use along with my XP license number. How can I prevent such messages?
