Is there a way I can change the language of the search bar? It assumes because I live in Spain that I can speak Spanish! Other than that, how do I get rid of the Yahoo seach bar and download another?

When I boot up to Windows XP, a certain folder would appear; c:/program files/microsoft this happened after I installed MS Security Essentials not sure whether this is related though

I would like to keep my correspondence private but to assign a password to each letter would be cumbersome. Is is possible to give password to an entire folder where all of the individual files for letters are saved? I use Windows XP Home.

All my microsoft word files I saved last year onto my portable disc drive now read as machine code. I could read them when I saved them but when I looked at them a few months ago , they were all in machine code. are they salvegeable.

Have purchased new/used computer. All windows are opening in medium view size. Rather than each time clicking maximise box, how do I change options so all windows open in maximised view. Not Full Page i.e. F11.
