May be somebody knows why SVCHOST process suddenly
encreases CPU usage  to 99%. Only PC reboot could help.

whenever I want to access my taskbar or the start menu I
get a 5 -10 second pause then it starts to work then
while i am scrolling through the programs to pick one it
also pauses.

I was cleaning up my hard drive and noticed a lot of XP
hot fix files listed. Each was 28.8 megs. Can I remove
them to add more storage capacity to my hard drive?
