only has a CD writer and no floppy drive?  NERO allows
you to create a startup disc but it has to copy the files

Every now and again my mouse pointer will freeze up and i

On some of our Windows XP Pro (SP1) PCs,  on the Windows Explorer, the
"Views" dropdown has an option called "Filmstrip" in addition to
"Thumbnails, etc.".   Other PCs don't have the "Filmstrip" option.  Why?
How do I get it on the PCs that don't have this Views Option?

 of 21.28 megs i have a total of 19 hotfixes.
why are they all the same size and where are the 1 or 2 meg
