When looking in my add/remove prgroms list, I noticed
that there is about 5 gigs of my hard drive taken up by
this windows xp hotfix.  there is about a dozen or so at
about 320 mb a piece.  Do I need these?  If not, could i

I posted a question the other day, but it did not help. I
am asking for more assistance please. My computer will
only boot up over, and over again. I cannot get past this.
I tried PF8, PF5, AND DELETE. These have not helped. The

after they downloaded and installed the computer shutdown
and restarted on it's own but now it won't shut down

I just ran the brand new symantec Norton Antivirus 2004 on
my system.  It came back without any problems except one.
Apparently there is a file called MSHDKN.EXE in my system
that is a threat/risk.  It is an adware openfile program

I'm having to constantly keep reclicking on my screen to
type.  I'ts as though my my computer is going to sleep
without going to black.  Anyone know why, or how to fix
