I had window XP installed in my computer.
Last time i was trying to turn on my computer, but it's
enabled to log on. Everything boot fine, except when it's
up to the Blue Screen which says " Window is Starting Up"

I have Windows Xp and a couple of days ago, I started my
computer and instead of going to the main startup page
there was a warning saying: "During the last boot up,
your system hung for an improper CPU speed setting. Your

My enter key will only work in the address bar of
internet explorer.  It won't work in word, excel or and
web pages.  I bought a new keyboard and this is still
occurring.  There are no other drivers I can install,

When I turn on my computer, the black XP Pro screen
appears, then the blue screen appears where I usually
select the user.  However, the unit freezes with the XP
logo on the blue screen and the users never appear.  CTL-

microsofts website is pretty crappy in the layout but is
there a service pack 2 for windows xp and if so where can

A process called svchost.exe and svchos1.exe are taking
up all the cpu cycles on my computer so that everything
else works extremely slow.  These two processes are
taking up 95% to 100% of my cpu power. please help.

Hi, I installed some trial software and wound up uninstalling it due to
performance issues.
I performed the uninstall via the Control Panel  "Add or Remove Programs"
applet, and the uninstall was uneventful.

I do not know what to do since every time I turn my
computer on an error message pops up telling me that it
will shut down and of course it does.  Why is this
happening and what can I do about it?
