How annoying in XP, everytime I want to delete a file, it
tells me that I cant because the file is being used by
another program.
I have tried, even in safe mode, and the problem persists.

Unfortunately, I have discovered that System Restore lets
you down when you really need it. I lost a $400. writing

After I installed the last critical update for IE, I have
had nothing but problems.  After I rebooted after
installing the update I couldn't open a browser, when I
task managered and looked at processes IE was using 99%.

I had the SoBig virus on one of my systems a while ago
and had to disable system restore. Started the system in
safe mode, removed the virus, but now I need too know how
