When I run the XP built-in defragmenter, it tells me to defagment, but
leaves many files badly fragmented. One file has 4000 fragments!  (this file
is c30Mb). Startup is S L O W, which is why I am trying to clean up my
system.

I downloaded a trial version of Diskeeper 8.0 and after
