Can someone please give me a definitive and precise
answer on this problem?  After doing a system recovery I
rebooted and got the error message "NTLDR compressed,

I use to backup my hard drive on a USB 2.0 external drive
It took about 20 minutes for 4 GB, 80 minutes for 14 GB, which is OK with me
I tried to back up over my local wireless network which operates smoothly at 54 Gbits/sec

Ever since installing the lastest critical security

When I use Disk Cleanup, it doesn't remove any old restore
point files. Everything else seems to work fine.  
Does anyone know what is causing this problem?
