Can not access internet explorer, have DSL line, I keep

Hi, I found my way here after a week of fruitless
attempts by Gateway to correct my problem. I seem to have

We have a small SBS2003 Network with XP Pro workstations.
Is there anyway to use the backup utility that comes with
XP Pro to backup files to the server's hard drive?

I would like to make some adjustments to the default
downloader thingy--like making it remember a partial
